Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests.
❌ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives broken, defective, or incorrect:
Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Must include unboxing video and photos of the issue.
For items above ₹1,500, inspect at delivery and report immediately.
We will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund to your original payment method.

📦 DELIVERY & CLAIMS
Return labels expire in 15 days.
Claims for “Delivered but not received” must be raised within 48 hours of delivery status.
Carrier investigation is required before issuing any refunds in such cases.
⚖️ DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Transit Disputes
Do not open payment disputes while your product is in transit. Tracking proof is valid evidence. Premature disputes void your refund eligibility.
Chargebacks
Customers must contact us first before raising a dispute with a payment provider.
We retain detailed records (tracking, delivery proof, customer support logs) and will use them to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
Fraudulent disputes may result in account bans and collection actions.
📸 PHOTO & VIDEO REQUIREMENTS
All return or damage claims must include an unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened. This protects both customers and us from misuse and ensures a fair return process.
